A little while back, I wrote a blog post that gave some suggestions on how to swap out high sugar foods for healthier alternatives. A little sugar here and there isn’t bad. The danger is that sugar comes in so many processed foods that the effects of it can be cumulative leading to cavities, weight gain, diabetes and even heart disease. Fortunately, it’s a simple fix! All you need to do is find ways to enjoy the foods that you know and love that aren’t so sugar-laden. Here’s a video presentation that I made to help illustrate just a handful of those options. But don’t let your research stop there! I encourage you to comb the internet, speak with your friends, and consult with your physician to see what sugar-less options there are for you out in the world.
